Born in Germany, Bjorn and his family moved to Southwest Florida in 1990. Being young, Bjorn had no problem adjusting to life in Florida. He attended Canterbury School in Fort Myers, and thereafter spend 4 years in Dallas, TX at Southern Methodist University. After graduating with two degrees, Bjorn was anxious to get back to Florida and jump into the Real Estate Business. Being very interested in Commercial Development, Bjorn went into partnership with his father, Franz Rosinus, and built the Alico Road Business Park project from the ground up. Along the way, he has established many valuable relationships in the field. Currently, Bjorn specializes in Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Development.

Bjorn is an avid boater and fisherman. He also enjoys golf and various improvement projects. He is currently restoring a classic 1977 flats boat.
